I am going to pack a lunch to work every day this month.
So far I have been successful. One day my friend Hugh took me to lunch so I'm counting that. If I cheat, I'll have to own it up to the blogosphere.
Thank goodness February's only 28 days long. I have a menu for the local Thai restaurant on my desk, beckoning with its Tom Kha and Green Curry with tofu and eggplant deliciousness.
I'm going to save so much money — and about a jillion grams of saturated coconut fat and white rice carbs.
