At least, for the most part, it seems Bush has had some coaching on the pronunciation of "social." Folksy? No. If he were folksy he would talk like my Pa, who gives a special little bounce to the first syllable of each first word in a sentance in a true Southern accent.
Plus, after that SOTU I need some fricking escapism.
