Finished it last night. I would recommend it if you want something that's kind of light. The thing is, as much as Ms. Austen has been misappropriated over the past decade, this could have been really bad. But it was pretty darn good. Even made me want to read "Persuasion" and "Northanger Abbey," if you can believe it. So, go ahead and drink the Kool Aid.
The next path I'm starting down is blockbuster thriller "The DaVinci Code," if you can believe it. Frankly, I'm looking forward to getting a kick out of reading about "world-renowned Harvard symbologist" whoever he is. Hey, the book infuriated all sorts of fundies and Catholics and other Christians, how bad could it be?
New thing I tried today: a Thai basil noodles DIY kit. Ick. I love thai, I love basil, I love $1.79 for two servings, but this is just kind of gross. It's a dark green paste. And a little bit salty, a little bit anise-ey. Makes me want to go to the taqueria across the street and get me a big plato de enchiladas, or maybe some chiles rellenos.

DaVinci code was a fun read. No big deal. The hype over it is bizarre.
If you are not one to get freaked out by religious stuff, and you like to figure out puzzles, you will dig it, me thinks.
