I am participating in my local YMCA's February Fitness Challenge. Three classes a week for the month. I think that ought to be accomplishable. However, today is when the rubber hits the road. Why? There is an additional challenge. Go to Tuff-E-Nuff Tues and Thurs each week and get a small prize at the end of the month.
Now, I'm not one for prizes, but I don't want to cop out the very first night. That means getting my tushy up off this chair where it is very content to internetify all night and go to the class that does all sorts of running. I mean a lot; lunges and squats and bent flies, oh my!
